I wouldn't even given them a single star if that was an option. They came out, provided an estimate for repairs, I signed the contract, they were scheduled for repairs May 4th and repairs were due to be completed May 11th. Then, I never heard from them again. I kept asking for updates to see why the work wasn't completed, and what was going on, without any response. I then found out they never even applied for a permit through the City of Portland though they said they would. They just completely flaked on the job. Would not recommend this company at all, extremely unreliable.
