This wildly overpriced company showed up to the job and spend one and a half hours on the phone trying to figure out how my buildings plumbing worked when they had previously informed me they already knew. Then they told me it was going to cost $600 to fix a leaky bathtub faucet and left me with a huge bill when they did no actual plumbing work. They refused to take responsibility for their lack of knowledge and charged me for the time it took to train their plumber. They are terrible, do no use.
