LCG Pence were GC for Riverscape Properties in Portland, which was probably poorly supervised and hence, ended with bad quality construction of Shower Wall-tiles, Wall-tiles around tub, nails protruding out of concrete ceiling, noisy HVAC unit, Kitchen Island with chipped off corners, door coming off of the hinges within 3 weeks of occupying a Condo and so on.....
