Excellent Service. A bit spendy, but the quality of work was worth it. The plumber was prompt, clean, well-mannered, well informed and talked intelligently. I would do business with them again.

These are good guys. Listened to all my problems and still did a good job. The price is a bit high. But I'd rather pay a few dollars and for a reliable company with a good rating. Everything is working great now. I give them 2 thumbs up for service.
I scheduled them and another company Watson Plumbing (5 Stars) to meet me at a property for a bid. It took me a couple of weeks to arrange the appointments as there were tenants involved to gain access to the units. D&F didn't bother to put me on the schedule and Randy that was supposedly taking care of it for me went on vacation. The good news is I found out that Watson Plumbing (Dave) is GREAT!
They over charged on parts, labor, parking, everything they could. When I questioned Randy at their office about the high cost of a $399 part he promised to send me an MSRP link from the internet showing me that they charged me a reasonable price for it. He never did. I tracked down the only supplier for this part in our area through the manufacturer and got a price quote on $274. I called Randy again and he made excuses for why he had not sent the MSRP. I said that was OK b/c I tracked it down through their supplier. Upon hearing this Randy grow defensive and accusational. In order to get off the phone with me promised to send a MSRP link again, which he never did. It was typical evasive crook behavior. Beware of their unethical business practices.
Super Friendly, Speedy Service. Thanks
They are complicated to work with. Their billing system is too complicated and they require a credit card before they will provide services to a professional company.
A plumber came to the home to unclog whatever was clogged. After about three hours of no success, he decided it was necessary to go up on the roof and attack it that way, but he was obviously to sick to do this. Another plumber came out knowing that was the recommendation, but didn't go up on the roof until 6 hours later, which was after 6PM. At that point, no one from the field would come out to help him, so he imposed on a neighbor to come out in the dark and winds of East County to get the machine up on the roof, and then down. The clog was cleared within minutes. We thought we should not be charged for the wasted six hours, and that we should be compensated for a neighbor being inconvenienced. The response from the manager was less than conciliatory. He said no one likes going on the roof, and if the guy was there that long, they should have charged even more!
