The owner came to my house to give an estimate for window replacement. His questions were inappropriate and personal, which i didn't answer. When I asked about his measuring technique he became defensive and told me he wouldn't tell me how to do my job. I had to ask him for a written estimate, which he scribbled on the back of his business card, and then he left in a huff. This guy needs to stay in the office. He has no interpersonal skills. I will definately choose another company for replacement windows.

First rate all around. Said what they'd do and did what they said. Keith, the sales guy was honest and straightforward. The price was right, the work was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Tom

Friendly, courteous, but do not follow up on promises. Once the job was done, we have been unable to get them to come back to fix the holes in the siding. Keith did make an appointment but never called and did not show up at appointed time. Also found out their price is more than twice as high as anyone else.

Do not use!! We never even got to estimate or met them in person due to a very ill 9 year old requiring out of town surgeries. When asked for call back and still were not ready to schedule he yelled at us and hung up on me. Very hateful and rude
