I've used them for years after having used other various companies in the past. They are on time, know what they are doing, and don't rip you off like some other companies. They even gave me a good deal on a new unit (i priced them out to see...) when I needed one and got it installed quickly so i wouldn't suffer with no a/c in the summer. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or new things.

I could not give Enough stars to explain how much I appreciate this company. My 80-year-old father has been without heat for several days during this Arctic freeze and today finally somebody figured out what could possibly be the problem and also brought him some heaters to use in case it fails. Brennon has taken time to explain what the issue might be and is still there fixing the issue. I am over an hour away but was ready to come get him as it is too cold to go without heat especially when you are 80!!!!!!! Thank you so so much for helping my dad I am crying with happiness that he won't freeze!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We have been using Oklahoma Air for our a/c & heater maintenance for 2 years now. They are always on time & very professional. Not only maintaining our units, they also cleaned our dryer vent (to prevent lint build up) & fixed our noisy bathroom vents. A great company!
I had Oklahoma Air Conditioning replace my 20 year old gas furnace and condensing unit in October of 2018. They installled an XV18 air conditioner with a varible speed compressor and an XC80 gas furnace. They also did some work on my plenum and return air duct work. My bills have decreased significantly and the comfort level inside my home is much better. They have been out three times since installation for scheduled service to the system which is reassuring to know that everthing is performing satisfactorily.
I good choice for you HVAC needs...Used Okla Aire for 10 yrs or so... Usually, very prompt and reliable ..
Home warranty couldn't get a contractor out to my home when my furnace died. They authorized me to find my own. Saw the great reviews for Oklahoma Air! On a whim called and talked to Kathy. Very pleasant and understanding. She got a technician out on a Friday night. He diagnosed and showed me a crack in my heat exchanger causing a "flame roll out." Big safety issue! They had two installers, Chris and Jose at my home first thing Monday morning!! Two and a half hours later, heater installed and a warm house!! Great customer service and all around great transaction! Will call them again!!
I would rate 10 stars if I had the option!I don't know if anyone out there is "old school" like I am but I was So refreshed by the good ole, old fashion customer service provided by Oklahoma Air! When Mark came out to give an estimate, I was so impressed with him putting back everything he moved in order to gain access to the old furnace. Now that's great home training:-) However, the true mark of this great leader and company is that ALL of his team did the very same thing in his absense!They were such a professional and great bunch of guys.Special Thank you Mark for providing me the information and steps needed to obtain the energy efficient rebates! Cha-ching back to us! Ever little bit helps :-) My brother in law left here just a little bit ago needing to check into a new hvac. Without hesitation, we highly recommended Oklahoma Air. Thank you Mark and your team for helping to restore my faith in quality customer service in this day and time.
