After the Monday, Dec. 10, 2007, Ice Storm in OKC, I called this company for an estimate on Dec. 12, a Wednesday. The owner was at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call to look at damage. I had an estimate that day. On Thursday, Dec. 13, he was clearing trees from my property, and the next day, work began to replace my patio cover. He has also been in contact with my insurance to negotiate a more than fair payment for replacement of my patio cover and cleanup costs. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company. On Wednesday, two days after the Dec. 10, 2007, Ice Storm in Oklahoma City, my insurance recommended that I find a contractor. I called this company and within 30 minutes, the friendly owner came out and gave a free estimate to repair damages to my patio cover that was ruined by falling trees. The next day, Thursday, they came out and cleared the fallen trees out of my yard and any branches hanging from the tree and laying on the patio cover. On the third day, Friday, they partially removed my patio cover and are preparing to install a new one this next week. They are also working closely with my insurance to insure that all the damages are covered. (LF -- Oklahoma City)
