The service from Tri-State was wonderful. The owner took time to explain to me everything that would happen in the process of getting my new windows. Very effective and efficient service. I would highly recommend Tri-State!
Tri-States owner Todd Moore was very professional and I did not feel pressured to purchase the windows and siding on our initial meeting. I have to admit I took my time and shopped around for prices. Tri-State was very patient through the entire process. I am very happy with the products and even happier with how nice my house looks. Tri-state showed up when they said they would and the job was completed on time. I would recommend the company and the products to anybody. it's good to know there are still companies out there that keeps to their word and at the end of the day, just do a great job. :)
Tri-State has completed numerous projects on our 1920's house including replacement windows, fascia trim, and window trim. The team of individuals are always courteous and cleanup after themselves. Prices have been more than fair for the work requested. I plan on having more work for the crews this year.

I just had my roof done by Tri-State and was thrilled with the work they did. Todd was very professional and kept in touch with us to let us know if it would be a bad day out they would not come out to work on the roof. The workers, especially Donnie were great. We bought a new house that had terrible windows, so we were looking to replace them right away. Because we were planning on staying in the home from the foreseeable future, we wanted a quality window that would last. After talking to a few different companies, Todd came by and discussed his windows and gave us an estimate soon thereafter. We were very happy with the estimate, and now that the windows are in, we are even more happy with the product. Not only is the price right, and the product right, but the service that we recieved from Todd and his other employees was fantastic. Very friendly, straight forward and trustworthy.
