Horrible service. Don't use them unless you would like to pay twice. Techs came and snaked a main drain but only went the first 50ft. Then they wrote up the bill and gave me no warranty. Every other company will at least give you a 30 day warranty and run 2 or 3 entire reels through your system to the street. Now two weeks later they want to charge me again to come out and finish the job.

Do NOT use this company! They are NOT reputable and will AVOID you if you have a problem! This company came to replace a pipe in January. The job took longer than they had expected and they were in such a hurry to leave that they left a pipe uncapped in the basement and did not fill the dirt back in under the sidewalk. We let the employee know that the pipe was not capped and that the sidewalk was collapsing. He promised to come out and make the repairs. He never showed up. Then, we had a heavy rain and water was rushing into our house through the uncapped pipe. We called a supervisor but noone came out until the next day when the basement was ruined. Now, we have been trying to get SOMEONE to return our calls for over two weeks. NOBODY will return our calls. I do not know how this company stays in business. It is ridiculous that they come out and leave the job unfinished and expect the customer to pay for the repairs!
