My wife and I wanted to update our home and decided on hardwood floors. As we drove past Levis everyday we decided to check it out. The experience was less than stellar. Salespeople were more interested in selling us what they wanted than listening to our needs. Also seemed not to be very informed about their products, several times they simply replied they were unsure.Was extremely disappointed with lack of service. Would not recommend.
