i don't no what other guy is talking about i have been a customer for 20yrs plus spent alot of money with them never had a problem

Absolutely horrible experience with Bathworks/P&F - ordered $10,000 worth of supplies - I had to go in 2 times to go over the list of what we wanted and had to work with 2 different salespeople. It took them months to get the items and then we found out that the knobs we ordered were the wrong style and the spout for our bath was the wrong color. They re-ordered the spout and we were told it was in, then we were told it was on backorder and would be another week. Everything with them is one more week but in reality it takes months. We've been working with them for 5 months now and things still aren't right. We're having to settle for things just to get our bathroom finished! I'll never deal with them again!
