I got great service today from Joe at Ben Franklin Plumbing. Lots of plumbers make you leave a voice message and then don't call back for days, and some not at all. In this case I spoke to a live person. Joe arrived right on time and was very efficient in handling the problem. He explained the job in detail, rounded up the parts and got the repair completed promptly, then cleaned up so you couldn't tell he had been there. I think I got good value for my money, and I would definitely recommend Joe and his company.

He took time with us to answer all of our questions and gave us more information than we expected. He was very clean. I would highly recommend this company after experiencing one of the best service calls we ever had with Chris Orne. He was highly skilled and knowledgeable.
Brian was efficient and very professional. He explained everything to us and did a fabulous job during his visit. He was considerate and kind and everything you would hope for in a professional technician, that you rarely get.
