Potts Heating and Air Condition team arrived on time for our first appointment. Since then they came back to the house to go over the warranty & rebate paperwork since I was not at the house when the AC was installed! Great Customer Service!

They did an excellent work of installing a new Air conditioner unit in our house. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They also installed new air cleaner in our existing furnace. Over all I would say they have done good work which must be appreciated.

Air Conditioner was installed in our house by Potts Heating and Air Conditioning. Air conditioner is working fine. Their staff was very knowledgeable and experienced installers. It took them around four hours to install the air conditioner at our house. We are very satisfied with their workmanship.
