Overall we had a very good experience with Patriot. We purchased a new gas log fireplace from Cricket on the Hearth. They referred us to Patriot. It took a little while for them to return our call but eventually everything worked out. It was quite obvious that they were extremely busy and returning calls timely was a problem.The actual work done by Nate was outstanding. He was meticulous in his workmanship. He was also extremely patient in going over the options for replacing the tiles and hearth.We are so happy with the result & would advise anyone to give them a chance. But be patient as it still is crazy getting any contractors to stick to timelines as the pandemic continues.
