I hired them for snow removal at my parents home ,I was getting deployed.In february of 2011 ,it snowed they came in the early morning and being in a hurry hit the center column on the garage, this was seen by several neighbors.The damage was almost 4000.00 they said they were not at fault.They were the only vehicle on the property my parents were down south.I have pictures of tire tracks and markings from the plow.They told me before I left prove it -kind of tough when your deployed.The insurance company paid for all but the 1000.00 deductible my retired parents had to pay that out of there pocket .In the spring they came to repair the lawn that they damaged from plowing and did a lousy job at that .This is how they treat veterans and retiree's.
