Took them forever to fix my job they did and they still did not fix it rite IM NOT HAPPY

At Northeast we endeavor to provide high quality work in a timely manner. While the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied on a rare occasion a customer may be displeased due to a mistake, a misunderstanding of the scope of work or a scheduling problem. We do our best but we like everyone else we are not perfect and do make mistakes. We guarantee our work and do make timely repairs on the rare occasion they are necessary. We are truly sorry that Guest44403 was unhappy, if the comment was not anonymously sent we could better respond and make additional attempts to rectify the situation. If we cannot satisfy your needs we can at least make our managers aware of the problem so we can prevent it in the future. This company puts a lot of money and time in to advertising, wish they put this much effort in to fixing there work!!!!
