The service, selection, and value was outstanding. We stopped at several other kitchen stores and Kitchen World offered us a value package that nobody else could match. Also, their large showroom enabled us to buy something we had seen so as to avoid any disappointment.
Good service, great value, great selection. Don't purchase kitchen materials without visiting Kitchen World! I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment. They will come to your home to double check the measurements!
We had been shopping around for cabinets and prices at several different places including the local home improvement store. The price difference was incredible and the upgrades that were included made Kitchen World the best deal around. The sales rep sat with us for 2 hours creating our own blueprint of the floor plan including color pictures of the what the whole kitchen looked with the new cabinets just to give us a price quote. The quote was half of the Lowes/Home Depot quote. Freebees included all the hardware and delivery.WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND THEM!!!
Best Decision Ever! I spent several weeks researching kitchen cabinets and companies. I decided on Kitchen World and couldn't be happier. The quality of the Homecrest cabinets was excellent and my salesman Steve was awesome. He spent many hours with me listening to my ideas and adding suggestions that I hadn't thought of. Steve even came out to remeasure and make sure our measurements were accurate. My husband was doing the installation himself and we were told at the big box store no one would come to remeasure. There were times we had questions and I called Steve for the answer. On two occasions it was on his day off and he still returned our call that day in a very timely manner. Before you make any decisions on kitchen remodeling be sure to visit Steve at Kitchen World. It has been a great experience working with this company.
Terrible experience at Kitchenworld, the design for the kitchen was horrible and they refused to fix it, they said it was too late, the refrigerator and stove that I purchased from them did not fit. Stay away from Kitchenworld, the salesperson was rude and condescending and had a bad attitude. He made me feel like he was doing me a big favor helping me. He even told me that he wasn't making enough money on the transaction. Another thing is that everything is final sale, if you don't like it you are stuck with it.
My experience with Kitchen world was awesome. Steve was my kitchen designer and was great to work with and met all of our expectations and them some. He recommended Custom Creations for our contractor and was overjoyed of the outcome of our kitchen. Would highly recommend Kitchen World for your kitchen experience.
