I had my water supply line to my house burst last spring, water gushing up over the sidewalk. Instead of just doing a bandaid patch or fixing only what could be replaced, Bob gave me the alternatives - to replace the old cast iron pipes under the house, subject to future corrosion and leaking.I'm writing this now, because I'm praising Savage and Bob for doing a great job and relocating the sprinkler shutoff valves to my front yard (I didn't have to suit up and crawl under the house!).In my experience, they do the right job, do it well, and never "play games" - always straightforward and honest. I guess that's how they've stayed in business so long.

I want to praise the Parts department at Savage and Son Plumbing. I called with a toilet issue on a toilet that I purchased from them a number of years ago. Paul, in service took my call and was very patient and helpful as we diagnosed and fixed, temporarily anyway, the problem.I thought to myself that had I purchased this toilet from a box store, I'd be completely lost, as those places really don't add service to the sale. I can recommend their service in my case.
