HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! If you don't mind them not showing up on time for their appointments with you (try 1 1/2 hours late) and you don't mind them taking a week to get your estimate done when they told you it'd be a couple hours, then by all means give 'em a call! One of the WORST examples of customer service I have EVER seen. We had a relatively small job that we needed help on, had the checkbook ready to go; and because our job was so small, it appears as though they didn't feel the need to communicate with us. There wasn't one promise he made that he delivered on. I will NEVER do business with them again (or attempt to do business I should say), nor will I recommend anybody else to them. I don't care how small the job is, your customers make your business and you should be grateful for them.
