worst company ever. worst customer service. It took them forever to fix A/C. They make you to spend lots of excessive expense which your home warranty or insurance wont even able to cover it. such as $175.0 to use crane to move the unit in and out my house. His excuse is because my back yard door is too small. lame and lazy excuse, totally rip off!!
AM PM Air Conditioning is awesome! I don't know what Zoey's problem is, sounds like they don't know how things work. I have several properties and have been using Richard for years. So do my neighbors. We used to use YES and some other big rip-off places that charge 3 times as much. Now we just call Richard and he is always there in an hour or less and takes care of us right away. Good old-fashioned customer service and he's been in the biz in LV for like 4 decades... I have his magnet on my refrigerator even!
Worst A/C Company ever. Richard the President is extremely RUDE and NASTY and does extremely shotty work. Quotes you one price but if he does the work in less time will not adjust the price and god forbid if you question him on it he will be NASTY and tell you he will rip the work out , you are at his mercy leaving you with no air in the middle of the summer. My house is a mess and now need someone to fix it right, guess I have to file a small claims against him and go to the Contractors board ...NIGHTMARE
This company is the worst!!! Richard Lapointe is super RUDE and always talk like he always wanna argue! Wants to fight. You say something, he'll turn the conversation into something else. I think he's messed up in the head. You don't save with this kind of company. You don't deal with this kind of person! He's in at all levels weird and RUUUUUDE!!!
