This review is for for office staff, reps who answer the phones. I dealt with the office numerous times, once spoke with Taytum and the other times it was Mackenzie & Paige. Every time I received rude service. It’s like they have children running the office. They literally put you on hold for 10 plus mins just to ask their manger an answer and have to do this every time you ask a question. If they do not know about the service do not have them on phones until they do. When they finally come back it’s with an attitude and then rush you off the phone. I’ve advised all my friends and family to not use this company and I advice anyone reading this to not use them. There are so many other companies out there. Yes air conditioning is who I recommend.
