Capriati Construction seems to be earning a reputation for not paying their subcontractors in a timely manner once projects have been completed, Many of the complaints come from Lake Havasu City where Capriati has a contract with the city. You'd think they would utilized local subcontractors within the city to help strenghthen the economy of the town they are benefiting from and help build a good working relationship within the community but that doesn't seem to be the case. Word has it that it is very difficult for locals to obtain work from them, they apparently prefer to import their own from Las Vegas and elsewhere and if they do manage to get in it takes quite awhile to get their money. Not a good business practice Capriati, shame on you.
