Use caution when dealing with this company. I recently had Just Sprinklers add new drip lines, install a new timer and replace the drip line valve in my sprinkler system. When the work was completed, there was a leak in one section of my lawn sprinkler system and two of the other sections were constantly going on/off randomly. The technician who did the work said he could fix it for another $1000 (we already paid $1200 for the contracted work) and left for the day. I called the manager the following day and he told me JustSprinklers "cannot be held responsible for the entire sprinkler system" when they are making repairs on part of the system. He backed up his technician's estimate and said they would need $1000 to fix the problem. Unconvinced, I found another sprinkler company to look into the problems. The second company determined the issues were caused by technician error. In the end, JS fixed the problems but I felt the burden of proof was mine.
