Great Customer Service; The best flooring and window covering store in Albuquerque!
Great design help. Our new bathroom was done professionally and with care. Installers were wonderful. We highly recommend this local company.
Great experience, service, people!!
I had both engineered hardwoods and ceramic tile installed by Floorscapes and they did a great job on the hardwoods. The ceramic tile installers placed about 5 identical tiles side by side resulting in an obvious pattern that that should have been random. I called Colin at Floorscapes and without any hesitation, he sent the installers back out a few days later to pull up the tiles in question and replace them with new tiles in a random pattern. He purchased additional tiles at no cost to me. I found Colin and all the staff at Floorscapes accommodating and they had a great selection of products. I found a tile at another store and Floorscapes special ordered it for me, beating the competitor's price by about 25%.
