so happy with my pool thanks olympic

I have had a jacuzzi from them 1 1/2 years ago and have nothing but problems with their service and response time for supplies needed from them. They broke a panel trying to fix the jacuzzi August 2005 and it has taken a year to replace-still not fixed- and have waited 3 months to get new cartridges.I cannot use the jacuzzi now and the parts are sitting in west NJ and they are not able to get them to Saddle Brook for a week. Seek out other jacuzzi distributors if you want service.
