They were very helpful when I was in the process of choosing my spa. However, after the spa was paid for was when all the trouble started. I got the wrong spa and the customer service was horrific. Phone calls were never returned. I had to keep calling and nagging in order to get parts ordered and fixed that broke year to year. Stick with the bigger pool and spa companies.
