Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. THAT's when this group will tell you a service man will call. It's now been a full WEEK and today they AGAIN told me that they'll be here 'TOMORROW!!!' Do NOT hire this firm unless you have lots and lots of time to wait around. AND when they inspected my unit they told me it had been 'jerry-rigged!' Well, GUESS WHO INSTALLED IT??? Yep, FTR Electrical!!!! Two good reasons NOT to call FTR Electrical!!!
