Had an appointment at 6:00PM which was canceled at 5:45PM right before Thanksgiving weekend meaning I can not find another company to come out and do the job even though I am one block away from them. Poor business practice, no apology, no alternative option. If you need something done that day I wouldn't rely on this company.
