We contracted with Professional Roofing late in 2014 after a roof leak damaged the interior of our house. Arturo accompanied our insurance agent and gave an estimate of repair. Arturo replaced our roof but soon after we again experienced roof leakage in the same location. Arturo responded out once to repair the leak, but the leaking continued. Since then we have attempted to contact Arturo although we have gotten no response. Our roof continues to leak in three rooms of our house and we are now looking to replace the roof again after less than two years. The responsiveness of this company has been horrible. I wouldn't even give him one star, but I have to in order to submit a comment.
