i.e., I would highly recommend Paradise Heating & Cooling. I came home on a Holiday weekend, with only to find my air conditioner not working. Luckily the temperatures outside were on my side, to have the time to research. I contacted 6 agencies prior to Paradise Heating & Cooling, having hesitancy with all difference in quotes and prices. Which some of the 6 quotes were over the phone without seeing the unit? The differences between the companies included unit size, brand, and instillation time. I inquired about concerning issues with multiple companies that did not seem accurate to me. This allowed me time to contact friends, to find a reputable company, which led me to Paradise Heating & cooling. They were able to answer my questions, and put the appropriate unit in. Woke up on a cold Sunday morning and the furnace would not fire. Looked on line for a good rated Heating and Cooling Co. and seen PARADISE. Made a call and the women who answered was GREAT. She sent her husband FRED the same day about 2 hours later and he had us up and running and a warm house. Come to find out he was the company who installed our new furnace 5 years ago and what a pleasure he was to work with along with his wife. We also purchased a yearly review PLAM. Fred and his Co. is great and my wife and I feel comfortable around him and what he says. Thanks Fred and Paradise for all your help that cold Sunday and days later and your advise. After an emergency situation years ago where my air stopped working when it was 90+ outside, I called Paradise on a weekend and Fred came right out. I found someone that day who I respect and trust 100%. Throughout the years, Fred and Robin have talked me through troubleshooting over the phone, provided almost instant service (even when the situation did not warrant it), laughed at my bad jokes and made me feel at ease about trusting them and their products/services. I feel that though we have a professional relationship, they make you feel like family with the personal attention they provide. It is nice calling them up and they greet you by first name and remember who you are, certainly NOT a quality MOST service companies possess these days. Trust these guys, you will not be disappointed!!!!

We purchased a new furnace/heat pump from Paradise. The price was great and the install excellent. Fred goes above and beyond to please the customer. He is extremely honest and reliable. I like that it is a smaller shop and that you deal directly with the owners. Fred takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are happy. I highly recommend

I purchased a new furnace/heat pump from Paradise a few years ago. Fred provided all the options available to me and the install job was exceptional. I have had Fred do my annual check up and he is very fair and reasonable. Fred does not charge extra for Saturday calls and has actually came over and adjusted all my dampers and ducts for maximum comfort and efficiency. He did that at no charge. I highly recommend Paradise Heating and Cooling. Fair and honest as your best friend.
