On Thursday, April 21, 2016; the Forman Ford service vehicle was observed for the better part of the day parked in the Access Aisle of a Handicapped Visitor Parking Stall on the east side of the 13609 California Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68154 building without display of any state issued handicapped parking permit.Obviously, this business has no respect or consideration for people who have mobility issues and are properly authorized to park in these spaces.
