To start with they installed the wrong vinyl in the kitchen and dining room. Then they did not want to change it out they wanted us to just accept it. Then they offered a discount if we would leave it. Then they decided they wouldn't remove the flooring and just install the correct one right over the mistake. They sent a letter wanting to install blinds and drapes and so my wife said she would check it out. She made an appointment to have windows measured and to go from there. They called up a few days later and wanted to show up a few hours early to measure. This was ten days before the appointment. My wife had scheduled to take off from work to be home. Well they measured and she met with them to get some pricing. They had lost most of the measurements and said they would have to remeasure. She could not take any more time off of work and they flat refused to do anything after 5:00. I talked t someone I later found out was the owner and he got real belligerent and mouthy on the ph
