Concrete Leveling Solutions

Our experience with CLS was that they signed a contract to level 167’ of sidewalk for $3,250.00. They never finished the job, never accomplished any leveling and then billed us $8,250.00 claiming that they used all kinds of extra foam.We ended up bring in a legitimate concrete company and had them remove the sidewalk so we could see what they had actually done. The concrete company gave us a report complete with pictures showing that under 2/3 of the sidewalk there was NO FOAM. The remaining sidewalk that did have foam, had only small squirts of foam that was never going to accomplish anything.In our opinion, this company operated in a scam-like-manner!!! We are suing them for the fraud that they attempted to perpetrate against us.Main St Properties

I contacted a variety of concrete lifting companies and chose Concrete Leveling Solutions based on their experience and expertise with our specific problems. They were able to lift our front steps to their original position. In addition, they also did a void fill under our garage floor to close off an open area leading to our basement. I no longer have to worry about that open space and the possibility of the floor collapsing. They were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. Great company, great people!
