You did a very thorough job with everything, starting from the beginning by explaining things every step of the way. Your staff and contractors were very friendly and helpful, and never minded questions or concerns that we had.We also appreciated the fact that you completed the pool when you said you would! We have so enjoyed our first year with our pool. You did an excellent job closing it in the fall and opening it again in the spring. We hardly had to do a thing. And Bill, you did such a good job explaining to us about the chemicals and chlorine to use that we had no problems taking care of the pool ourselves this summer.
