Nathan was very easy to work with. The repair was made within days of our initial contact. We had two fairly large holes in our drywall. He repaired them seamlessly! There is no evidence that holes were ever there. I would definitely recommend his services! -JL *from Thumbtack.com
"The shutters on our home had become badly faded after just a few years. Nathan applied a coat of primer and then two coats of paint. The shutters now look as good as the day we moved in and have made a huge difference in the curb appeal of our home. In addition, Nathan re-caulked all the windows on the outside and completed some minor repair work and painting indoors. He also touched-up our front entry door which had faded badly due to sun exposure. We were very impressed with the fact that Nathan arrived on time on each occasion to work. In addition, his work was neat and he took care to ensure that surrounding areas were protected as he painted, sanded, etc.. Finally, Nathan's attention to detail and his efforts to do things right were obvious in the end product. We will definitely hire Nathan for future work and have already recommended him to several other people."
Friendly & personable service; quick clean & efficient. Tackled several random jobs long overdue - patched holes in basement walls, essentially waterproofed a flooding home, secured a droopy 2nd story balcony - well under the property owner's budgeted amount.
I worked with Nathan from a distance on a repair issue to my home in St Louis. Great emaill communication and he kept me in the loop as things progressed. Was also flexible with his schedule when an unexpected delay came up due to another contractor's circumstances. Will use again next time I need help with a project.
Nathan has been extremely professional, respectful (especially with wearing a mask and being conscientious with safety), very kind and thorough. He has helped us get our home ready to list on the market and he has been an invaluable resource for repairs and recommendations on important touch ups for selling, specifically. He has helped us with tile repair, painting, plaster repair, tuck pointing, caulking, etc. He’s always on time and works quickly and neatly. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!
Because of Nathan Marshall’s painting and carpentry talents, I can honestly say I love my home again! Since painting the interior of my home (and some exterior), his beautiful work not only is inspiring but lifts the spirits. Even though our home is 80 years old, my biggest surprise of all was that our plaster walls look new again! No one else during our 20 years in our home has made our walls look so good! When asked, Nathan also offered wonderful suggestions for color and design. He is very kind, honest, and meticulous; Nathan arrived on time each day and was right on target for his finish date. One of my colleagues had recommended him, and I have now passed his name on several times. We feel very lucky to have met Nathan!
