H.E. doubled the quoted price to my 81yr old mother. Upset about the amount she called me, I then in turn called H.E. After discussing the matter, Bill agreed to a refund of $120. Six weeks have gone by and after many phone calls, and numerous "stories", we still haven't received the promised refund. We have been lied to, and feel that they took advantage of an elderly person on a fixed income. This was a simple job, and should have been the quoted amount. Never would I recommend this company to anyone. I'm surprised they're still in business after our dealing with them.
