Let's put is this way, I have and 88 yr uncle, that was in need of a fauset for his kitchen, because his had sprung a bad leak. They came out took a look at it, went and brought this big oversized faucet, put it in and handed him a bill for 441.00. The job maybe took and hour to finish. I think they are just out to rip people off.
