I really never would give a 1-star review. However, I have been in the business for over two decades and had a terrible experience working with their multiple managers. Each employee told me something different when going over my project needs. I find that they are a very old company and are fixed to their ways (whether it insults customers or not). This is reflected by how they store their products and general lack of organization. By the time I was done talking to their manager, I was not confident with the idea of working with them and was gladly helped at a larger chain (Home Depot).
