great selection of paints, good service, but just one time they did not take responsibility for their own mistake! They accidentally gave me a quart of oil-based paint, which I ended up using because I was in a rush to finish a section of trim. So it smelled a little strong and was harder to clean up, but was not too big a deal; it looked the same as the latex and I'm sure will be more durable. When I went back to the store a few days later, I mentioned the error and the employee said, "oh, that was just the driver mixing paints that day." As if I were supposed to know that! and that it would excuse the mistake! I told her that I used it anyway, to meet a job deadline, but I am surprised that I wasn't offered at least a refund or discount. Yes, I used the paint, but I had to use a whole different set of brushes, pans and cleaners for it.
