Purchased windows from Champion & like the product although very expensive. The installation, however, is substandard. Caulking cracked w/in 1 hr & was also smeared all over windows; 2 of the new sashs were scraped leaving dark marks that look like dirt smudges; 2 window sills were gouged; bits of plaster debris were in one of the upstairs toilets (lid was down when the installers arrived). Called Champ to complain - they were extremely helpful and apologetic, & sent someone to look at the damage a few days later. That individual did a thorough check, was again apologetic, & said that <everything> would be cleaned/repaired. Several calls later, Champ scheduled installer to come back out. He re-caulked over the old caulking & did some repair/paint work on the sills. Because of the language barrier, I was unable to get him to clean the windows or fix the sashes, & it was clear that he did not have directions to do so. Will not go w/Champ again - way too $$ for this type of installation.
