I was very impressed by this company. They showed up on time when they said they would and finished waterproofing my entire basement within 2 days. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. The workers even laid a floor rag from the door upstairs to the basement door.
Wooooow where do I began, when water started trickling in my basement after a few rainy days I was extremely shocked! My house is only 11 years and all I could think was about I don't want my finished basement to get flooded. My HOA send out a book for the top rated company to use I called 3, 2 got a answering service and 1 came out. The company that came out tried to sell me waterproof system which required digging up the entire parameter of my house ohhh not to mention costs over 10k...What?!??? Frustrated to say the least, I decided to just ask Siri on my iPhone. I know it sound crazy but thank goodness I did. I asked Siri for the "best waterproofing company near me" and Shazam there it was Armored Basement! This was a Saturday mind you I called and they were open booked me an estimate right away! Jay came out on time very friendly and knowledgeable, identified the problem right away and got me in the schedule. Two gentleman came out about a week later fix the problem in less that 2 hours. They were very friendly and willing to answer all my questions my husband and I are confident that our problem is resolved! I would definitely recommend this company! Thank you Siri

Armored Basement solved our water problems in our basement! We were so happy with their work, professionalism, and price. From the very first time they came to inspect our basement they tried to figure out what our problem was and find out exactly what we needed. Several other waterproofing companies just told us to redo the whole basement - yes it would have fixed the problem, but all that work and money wasn't necessary. Armored Basement used their experience and knowledge to give us the best solution for our water issues. I would highly recommend them to ALL my family and friends for great customer service and high quality work!
Job well done. No more water issues and friendly crew cleaned all the debris. Reasonable price and no pressure salesman.
Jay and Tara were easy to work with for initial appointment and gave a fair price. Then when I said I was getting married in 5 weeks he was able to work with me to get work scheduled quickly. The crew was punctual, polite, and thorough. Great company
I've had basement water issues for years. I wasn't planning to deal with it, but we found a new house and decided to move. Now I was under a time crunch to get the existing house fixed and ready to sell. I called and spoke with Tara to get set-up for an appointment. Tara was great and answered all my initial questions. On estimate day, Jay (the owner) came out to my house and agreed to call me 30 minutes ahead of time so I could run home from work. Jay was already there when I arrived home. Jay did a full walkthrough both inside and outside of my house. Ultimately we decided on a new French drain along 2 walls and a sump pump. Jay also noticed a discoloration leak on the front wall and added remediation for that into the project. Chris led a team of 3 on construction day. They were on-time and very careful to keep the house clean. Chris reviewed Jay's write-up with me and jumped right in. Start to finish was about 5 hours and the house was left in great shape. From start to finish, Armored Basement Waterproofing was great. I would recommend to all my friends and family.
Good Job Armored Basement. Thanks Jay and Tara for the good communications with lining up estimate and timing of the work to be done. Price was good and work was performed as promised. Crew showed up on time and was ready to go right to work and had all of the supplies needed for the job. They were professional and I could tell they work well together. Finished the job in a very timely fashion and cleaned up the site when finished. Top notch job and will use Armored Basement again if I ever need a basement waterproofing job in the future. Thanks
I had water seeping in through the foundation, and wasn't quite sure what the problem was, only that there was a problem. I did some research and called a couple of companies, but Armored Basement had the best explanation of what the problem was and what needed to be done. I researched them and read a lot of different reviews before going with them, and am glad I did. It was a pretty big job, but they were in and out in one day and did a great job. I used to worry every time we got a heavy rain, but now I don't even think about it. Jay and his guys did a great job, and I definitely recommend them!
