First class service! I turned my furnace on for the first time yesterday morning and felt no heat coming from my vents, only cold air. I called this company and someone answered the phone immediately. I scheduled an appointment for this morning and in less than 45 minutes of the technicians arrival, he had my heat back on! My pilot light mechanism just needed to be replaced. He had one on his truck and gave me a great price for the repair. Great response time, and very friendly technician. Professional service was provided for me today. I greatly appreciate a spectacular experience with this company. We really appreciate David Nunez, whom we’ve worked with several times from JP. Responsive, timely and professional. We’ve had trouble with our older AC system and he’s done quality work and given us honest advice about when it makes sense to repair, and when to replace. We trust him and appreciate the company’s quality work.

On Saturday, April 1, I made an appointment for someone to come and inspect my furnace, whose pilot light had been going out repeatedly. The person to whom I spoke, while far from friendly, explained that someone could come by on Monday morning, April 3rd. Given the heating system was working, and that it was April (not February), that certainly seemed soon enough. But come Monday, no one came. And no one even called.I've already called someone else. And, no harm resulted from the issue as it is April. But I would advise anyone not to rely on this business with a serious issue. You certainly don't want to schedule a heating repair in December or January only for the business to forget, or just ignore you.

Reliable, professional, honest technicians. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. Punctual in everyway. Phone calls and communication throughout the whole process. Keeping me informed every step of the way. My job keeps me on the perpetual go all the time. I travel abroad at least 3 times a month so I can't always be at the beck and call of my tenants when they need a service technician. It's a sigh of relief to have these reliable service providers on my speed dial. I work with the same technician David all the time. A familiar voice and face make my already hectic schedule a little easier. And every little bit counts! For many years I bounced from company to company, not knowing if they were even going to show up or when. So far, dependable in every way, Jp heating has pulled me out of every bind. Jp I appreciate your hard work and dedication to your trade. When you could have walked away many times due to difficult and challenging repairs you didn't. Nor did you charge me extra money when the jobs took you longer than you expected, when I knew you could have. A company that stands by their word and their work. Thank you

Phenomenal experience. They were able to send out a local technician to me on the same day I called. Great emergency service response. My heat went out sometime during the night but I didn't notice it until the next morning. When I called this company a real person answered the phone, not a machine, which was very comforting. I was able to explain my situation to them and they scheduled my appointment within minutes. The technician called me when he was on his way just to confirm that someone was indeed home. All in all a very pleasant experience imbued with diligence and professionalism. They are registered with Mass save, left information about their Mass save programs, and answered all my questions regarding all the discounts and rebates that are available to the public. Within minutes had my furnace diagnosed and had my heat back on that same day. A well earned 5 star rating from a very happy client.
