Performed exactly to what was quoted/promised, prompt, reasonable price, quality was very good. Our floors were painted covering deep stains... in bad shape... James' crew sanded several times, got most of discoloration out (except for a couple spots where the stain was very deep into the wood)... re-stained with oil-based Provincial color using floor buffing equipment to get even penetration... then 2 installed thick polyeurethane finish coats... the final one being semi-gloss marine-grade (highly recommended... we didn't want too glossy).

My floors are not as good as new…they are better than when they were new. The initial sanding, cleaning and first coat crew did an excellent job. Thai himself followed up with the second and final coat with the same great results. After a three day wait to make sure of a full cure in this awful humidity, we moved all the kitchen and adjoining furniture into and onto our great new floors. I highly recommend them for your hardwood floor needs,

James Nguyen came to our house for a sun-room project of wood floor refinishing. He seemed very professional and understood the type of work needed.Our floor was in a pretty bad shape with lots of water/sun damage. James did an amazing work staining and refinishing the floor and made it look like brand new.James finish the work in 3 days and we love the results. James availability was great, he came on time and his price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend him for any wood floor projects and won’t hesitate to use him in our future projects.

I recently purchased a home and was shocked at the condition of the floors after the furniture and rugs were removed. I called a couple refinishers. Not only did Jim come that day, his pricing was excellent and his team started the next morning.Each room in the house was a different wood, some original pine and fir from the 1800s to oak and cherry only 10 years old. But his team knew just how to handle each type. He ripped up the carpeting in one room and refinished each floor in the house to perfection. He even repaired where needed.My move was delayed only a week and I have a house filled with beautiful glowing hardwood floors. I couldn't be happier. We heard about Jim from word-of-mouth of people who have used him several times. We contacted him via the website and received a prompt call back. He said up an appointment to give us a quote fairly quickly for our bedroom which is on the 3 level of our home. The quote was reasonable and the start date to do the job was perfect for our schedule. Jim coordinated delivery of the red Oak flooring, the rip up the old carpet, proof of insurance coverage and installation. Jim and his crew were on time, professional and extremely hard workers. We are thoroughly pleased with our new flooring, we think it looks stunning! The prep work for to remove everything from our bedroom was worth the effort. We did have to coordinate disposal of our old carpeting ourself. I would suggest and use this company with no hesitation again. Excellent job!
