One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating

After calling 2 other companies out for my air conditioner problem, no one spent more than 10 minutes trying to determine the problem and none of them solved the problem. One Hour finally came out and spent over 45 minutes looking over the system and gave a detailed report, found and fixed the problem. They gave me a price on fixing so I could decide. I had all the information before I authorized the repairs and they fixed it perfectly. It is refreshing in today's day to see a service company who really wants to truly SERVICE the customer. I am very satisfied and recommend One Hour for anyone who actually wants their Air fixed.

Very nice customer service. Received an appointment within the time frame in needed. Problem: my unit outside wouldn't turn on but fan would come on. After tech came out within 20min said my thermostat wasn't doing its job would need to replace. Then presented me with a list of other things that needed to be fix. Note my unit is not quite 4 y/o. This coming after we both confirm the unit was working and cooling with new thermostat. Along with the $89 diagnostics fee. The thermostat charge was $247 and it not even programable! Total charge $336! With all the other things he proposed to fix the cost would be $900+ or if I join the mthly club at $45 per month that $15 per unit the discounted total cost to "fix" everything would only be $600+. This is absolutely absurd! You can purchase at thermostat that's programmable for about $50. This is the most over charging company I have ever dealt with and will never call again. Let's be fair not price gouge people when they are in a time of need.
