Emerson Carpet One Floor & Home

I am so happy with the work Emerson Carpet One did at my home. We replaced the floors though out with vinyl plank and updated out master bathroom by redoing our shower and tub deck. My wife couldn't be happier with the tile selections April helped her pick out and the completed look. Thanks again Emerson.

I was very unsure of what I needed, the staff was very knowledgeable about what products would work better for me and why. I was impressed with how much they knew the differences in the products available. I love my new floors, and couldn't be happier

Terrible experience. Shortly after entering the store, we were approached by a very rude salesperson. I explained that we were looking for a large-size remnant if possible but were open to anything. She was very condescending in telling us that we were wrong and remnants did not come in the size we wanted, and then implied that we must be cheap and trying to recarpet our new nursery for as little as possible. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable there and quickly left. We went to several other carpet stores in town, all of whom were friendly and assured us they had remnants in the size we were looking for. Ended up buying a nice carpet in town for about half of what Emerson's would have charged.
