Moeder Construction built me a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. I picked out the plan I wanted and was able to even customize it further from there. Mr Moeder is full of great ideas and was able to address all of our concerns. They are there for you every step of the way with advice. The have model homes you can go look at and get ideas for your home also. He treats you with respect and patience. I would recommend Moeder Construction for any building you need done. He said in the future if I want the basement finished I could contact him and he would bid it for me, so it was nice to know I could have the same builder finish the rest of the house when the time comes.
