We bought a lot of carpet from Lowe's when we moved in to our home and maybe one year later bought the same carpet for our 2 sons bedrooms. First delivery of carpet I refused because it looked nothing like original carpet; second delivery I looked at it in the truck and said 'um ok that looks better' but i had to leave before installation was complete (prob my mistake) and the carpet still is not a match but my problem was the installers were completely reckless in removing doors and putting them back on, the paint in the hallways was completely banged up and scratched as well as our master bedroom door. I called to complain and the flooring department said they would send someone out to look at the damage but we never heard from them. we were done doing business with Lowe's. Well over 5 yrs later and their sale price on the one we wanted was really good so I purchased it online. did not take 10% damage upon delivery disc off until I called store after full payment was due.
