Landwehr Roofing put a roof on my house and it leaked the first time it rained thereafter. As leaks go, I realize that they do happen. So, I contacted the company in order to arrange for it to be fixed. After 3 attempts to fix it, the roof still leaks and I now have water damage on my walls and ceiling in the house. The company has since become unreachable, as it seems they are avoiding my calls. I believe this company to be substandard in the area of customer service and very much unprofessional.
Landwehr roofing completed our roof for us in 2011 and just recently completed another roof for us in 2015. We dealt with the same people in 2015 that we did in 2011. This gave us a very comforting feeling. This company is VERY professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. Every aspect of the job was supervised from the materials being delivered to the job site, to our roof being put on, to everything being cleaned up afterwards. Landwehr Roofing has installed two roofs for us already and they will definitely install our next. This is an A-PLUS company!
