We bought our heating & air conditioning unit from Service Experts years ago. We also have a bi-annual service agreement with them. They always call to set up this appointment and call you when they are on the way. They have always been on-time. On the rare occassion that we have a problem, they have always been quick to come out and check out the problem. I have never felt like they are out to take you for every last dime in your savings account. They are polite, quick to respond, on-time and cost efficient.
