I, too, found a reasonable ad and responded to it with horrible results!! I was promised a particular service at a particular price and the price changed in the end and the service was horrible!! My carpets are still stained and smell horrible despite paying additional for deodorizer. The owner refuses to rectify the situation and hung up on me. I would consult the Better Business Bureau for a more reputable company in the future.

This company was called to clean all carpets in my house. I had responded to a mailer that offered a price considerably lower than the competition. This is a classic example of the adage "if it sounds too good to be true". Completely unprofessional in appearance, equipment, and results. Carpet was not cleaned and after drying appeared no different than before. would strongly recommend not using this company.
